Allan Huang is Novotech’s Senior Portfolio Director and Head of Project Management China, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the clinical development industry, with a strong focus on clinical project and department management. His therapeutic experience spans oncology, central nervous system disorders, endocrinology, ophthalmology, cardiovascular disease, dermatology, and other areas.
He has successfully supported more than 20 New Drug Applications (NDAs) and Biologics License Applications (BLAs), with broad understanding of the full drug development cycle, from early drug discovery through clinical development. Allan also brings six years of hospital practice and line management experience following his graduation from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Allan has in-depth knowledge of biotech, biopharma, and multinational pharmaceutical environments, as well as industry trends. He also brings strong insight into AI and big data-empowered clinical trial technologies and their role in advancing efficient, high-quality trial delivery.
